Shipping provider

All orders are shipped via our logistics partner ShipEntegra, a professional international shipping provider specialized in e-commerce apparel shipments.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Availability, delivery times, and shipping methods may vary depending on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)

Standard Shipping

  • Tracked international shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination

  • Suitable for non-urgent orders

Express Shipping

  • Priority tracked international shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination

  • Faster processing and transit

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, peak seasons, or public holidays.


Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1  to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Sales or promotional periods

  • High-volume seasons

  • Public holidays

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)

Whenever possible, we aim to provide a final, all-inclusive price at checkout, to ensure a smooth delivery experience with no surprises.


Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees may apply depending on the destination.

Whenever applicable, these costs are included in the final price paid at checkout.
PIEL takes care of the customs process to ensure that the customer does not incur unexpected charges upon delivery.

In rare cases where local customs authorities require additional information, verification, or documentation, delivery delays may occur. These situations are beyond our control.


Tracking

All shipments include tracking.

Tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.


Delivery issues

PIEL is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Local carrier delays or force majeure events

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed shipment

Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or delayed packages

Incorrect address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
