RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1.    Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

      In the same condition that you received it

      Unworn or unused, with tags

      In its original packaging

To request a return, please contact us at info@pielme.com before sending any item back.

 ️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

2.    Return shipping

      Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

      Items must be returned using the carrier of the buyers choice

      Return shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Exception:
If the return is due to an error on our side (defective or damaged item, wrong item sent, or incorrect size sent), PIEL will cover the return shipping costs.

 

3.    Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

      The item is defective

      The item is damaged

      You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

4.    Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

      Custom or made-to-order items (including personalized or special orders)

      Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

      Sale or discounted items

      Gift cards

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

 

5.    Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

      Return the item you have (subject to approval)

      Place a new order once the return is accepted

 

6.    European Union – 14 day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

      Unworn or unused

      With tags

      In original packaging

This right applies in addition to the return policy outlined above.

 

7.    Refunds

We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

      Refunds are issued to the original payment method

      Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
