Hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products made through the PIEL website to private consumers, in France, the European Union, and internationally.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are new clothing and accessories.
Some products may be offered as limited editions or personalized items, as specified on the product page.
Product images, visuals, and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are all taxes included (TTC).
As the Seller operates under the French micro-enterprise VAT exemption scheme, VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293B of the French Tax Code.
Prices may be modified at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
An order becomes final once:

the shopping cart is validated,

these Terms and Conditions are accepted,

full payment is received.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order.

Payments are secured via Shopify’s payment infrastructure.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via our logistics partner ShipEntegra.

Delivery times
Delivery times are indicative estimates:

Standard shipping: approximately 7 to 14 business days

Express shipping: approximately 3 to 7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, or peak periods.
Transfer of responsibility
Responsibility for the goods is transferred to the customer upon actual delivery of the package.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Whenever possible, these costs are included in the final price paid by the customer, in order to avoid additional charges upon delivery.
In rare cases, local customs authorities may require additional information or verification, which may result in delays beyond the Seller’s control.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact info@pielme.com within this period.
Returned items must be:

unworn and unused,

with original tags attached,
-
in original packaging.
10. Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Exception: if the return is due to an error by the Seller (defective item, damaged item, wrong item or wrong size sent)
Personalized items and sale items are not eligible for return.
11. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
12. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for:

delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities,
-
improper use of the products,
-
incorrect information provided by the customer.
In all cases, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
13. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
It is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.
14. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, customers may use a consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of a dispute.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Seller’s registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
